Damp Stretching....What's on my workdesk

Some damp stretching on a very damp day in Rossendale, Lancashire, UK.

A couple of Prairie Points and a few French Knots.

  6. This is something new to me. I have not heard of this before, but love the result! See such pretty fabric and lace and thread on your desk. I wish we had some rain here in NYC, it is too dry and my garden is parched! Enjoy the week! Winnie#65

  7. I think it has actually stopped raining at the moment here in North Wales. Lovely work coming on there. Looked at the reading homework you gave us - golly, prairie points - had forgotten about those...

  11. Oh that really was raining - stair rods! Still, at least things will stay green! Love the french knots, I think in terms of texture and finish, they are my favourite stitch for floral work.
